Supervision Received: Works under the direction and supervision of Aquatics Manager, Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Assistant Aquatics Manager and Aquatics Assistants. Supervision Exercised: None. JOB DESCRIPTION: Examples of Duties: The following examples of duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive. Performs the functions of a professional lifeguard as defined by the current “standards of care” established by Jeff Ellis and Associates, Inc. International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP). Prevents accidents through the enforcement of organizational policies, rules and regulations, and ordinances governing the conduct of people using swimming pools.
