Finance Controller

Job description

Job function summary The finance controller is a member of the finance department, where the main responsibilities are cost and price controlling, special focus on direct variable cost; lead role in internal/external reporting and planning and a sparring partner of the local organization in his area. Major areas of accountability: - Responsible for manufacturing accounting process of the site - Daily sparring partner for production organization (inventory controllers, value stream managers, material/production planners, etc.) - High knowledge in manufacturing processes, BOM structures, routing architectures - Analysis of manufacturing variances - Production settlement and reporting - Participation in month-end closing and preparation of monthly reporting, variance analysis - Financial support, monitoring of the stock-take process - Drive cost price update yearly cycle process - Key role in quarterly forecast process related DVC cost planning - Cooperation with Business Centre, HQ controllers and other production sites - Support in local statutory reporting towards Tax Authority - Participate in development of enhanced reporting tools Essential qualifications: - Master’s degree requ...
