AT A GLANCE: We’re looking for a high performing Associate of Business Operations to join our Healthline team. Key components of this role are financial & operational performance reporting and reviews, forecasting, and ad hoc operational projects. The role will also drive critical business decisions by assessing implications to our financial performance and partnering with our business leaders, diving deep on strategic questions. You will become a close partner with Senior and Functional Leadership Teams as you work cross-functionally to manage and improve our key performance metrics. Where You'll Be: To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
