As our Global Head of Procurement, you lead the charge in managing and evolving our worldwide procurement and supply chain operations. Your role: You deliver real savings that boost our bottom line, streamline processes, and reduce risks; You keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) to make sure we’re always improving; You lead and inspire a global team, building skills and keeping everyone engaged and performing at their best; You standardise and automate our Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, bringing in digital tools and ERP solutions; You develop and enforce clear procurement policies, making sure we’re always compliant with internal controls and certifications; You maintain a strong risk framework, think operational, financial, and compliance risks, and run regular assessments; You build strong partnerships across our business lines and with suppliers, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
