General Responsibilities: - Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications. - Operate cutting machines to accurately cut fabric materials to required dimensions. - Inspect materials for quality and consistency, identifying any defects or discrepancies. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment. - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. - Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
