Responsibilities: MV Transportation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety and Training Manager to lead our safety initiatives and training programs. This hands-on managerial role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations, as well as corporate and client policies. This position will answer directly to the division general manager. The successful candidate will spearhead OSHA, CHP, and CDL compliance at the division level, fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the dvision. Job Responsibilities: Training Leadership: - Set the standard for ensuring all operators are up-to-date with training requirements, aligning with both company mandates and contract specifications. Safety Program Management: - Maintain and update all safety manuals, programs, policies, and practices to meet the evolving needs of our operating divisions.
