As the organization continues to modernize and scale its systems landscape, there is a need for a Systems Analyst Admin & ERP to provide hands on, ticket driven operational ownership of core enterprise platforms. This role sits within the Finance & Accounting Applications & Systems Team (FAAST), a centralized team supporting 15+ financial and business systems and the integrations between them. The Systems Analyst Admin & ERP is responsible for day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of enterprise ERP platforms, while also supporting a broader portfolio of integrated systems through ticket-based intake and troubleshooting. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and requires strong prioritization, independent judgment, and close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
