We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our KD Tire Team. Our Sales and Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Job Summary: The KD Tire Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the sales and service departments. This role involves supervising our sales staff and our tire technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and services, managing workflow, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will oversee all day to day operations, ensuring that all sales and service work is completed efficiently , accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
