Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust are seeking a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to work at the iconic Caves House located in the picturesque Blue Mountains. Reporting directly to the Hotel & Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations. We are looking for a natural leader passionate in Food & Beverage who will inspire, innovate and empower those around them whilst being responsible for driving the financial success of the department with proven ability to lead a high performing team. This role is instrumental to the Leadership Team of the Hotel as we continue to grow our business and provide a unique offering to our customers and team. With an eye for detail and a flair for creativity you will lead the team in providing a high level guest experience. - Temporary full time role up to 12 months - Located at Jenolan Caves, 3 hours from Sydney and 25 minutes from Oberon - Package includes base salary of $71,343 ( In addition to the base salary above your remuneration will also include an employer’s contribution of superannuation at a rate equal to 11.5%, penalties for weekends and public holidays worked.
