Job DetailsJob Location: INSURICA Direct - Norman, OK 73072Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DaySUMMARY: The Direct Data Associate is responsible for working directly with the Campaign Coordinator to support daily adjustments to lead appetite, using acquisition cost metrics and production performance data. The Direct Data Associate will also work with the Campaign Coordinator to improve agency operations through data analysis and by developing dashboards and other reporting or display tools that help Direct Administration make data-informed decisions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor direct carrier and INSURiConnect to Direct data, reporting trends, issues, etc. Look for lead trends in close ratios, declines, volume, NAICS, best performing codes, least successful codes, etc. to support lead buying decisions Build requested/required reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI and monitor daily Keep management informed on call quality and customer facing KPI’s, and create dashboards and reporting to enable real-time monitoring Work with the book of business data to create dashboards and reporting to enable focus on the most prof...
