Part-Time Bartender

Job description

Bartender is responsible to support the F&B Supervisors and Beverage Manager in the successful operation of casino service bars at Horseshoe Indianapolis. Position will be engaged in the sale of and efficient production of quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products for consumption by guests in a trained, responsible, and professional manner, as well as other duties as assigned. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Horseshoe Indianapolis' Company-wide culture and demonstrating Excellent Service Standards at all times. Safe efficient production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products according to specified recipes, and specifications as well as quality and quantity control, par levels, product storage and rotation, station set up, preparation of ingredients, and clean up, etc. Responsible, Legal alcohol service, including checking ID, measured pours, cutting off service of alcohol, etc. Maintains standards of sanitation, bar and personal hygiene and cleanliness, as well as beverage service techniques and safety all with regard to the safe handling of beverage products for guest's consumption.
