Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bioprocessing Scientist/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale bioprocessing, particularly in the development of biologics and cell and gene therapy (CGT) products. This role requires a strong background in working with stem cells and organoids in 3D cultures using stirred-tank reactors (STRs), as well as expertise in laboratory operations, equipment troubleshooting, and large-scale process optimization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our bioprocessing capabilities and ensuring the efficient operation of our laboratory facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Large-Scale Bioprocessing Expertise : Support long-term cell and gene therapy and biologics development projects, focusing on large-scale (50L+) bioprocessing techniques and strategies. - Stem Cell and Organoid Cultures : Work with stem cells and organoids in 3D cultures using traditional stirred-tank reactors (STRs) to optimize growth and production processes.
