We are looking for Patient Engagement Specialists to play an important role at AndHealth. This is an onsite position located at our Health Center partner site in Ohio. What you’ll do in the role: - Prescription Processing: Accurately input patient data, insurance information, and prescriptions into the pharmacy management system. - Fulfillment: Count, pour, and label medications efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. - Customer Experience: Support patients at the pickup counter, resolving insurance rejections, and providing clear communication regarding medication status. - Inventory Management: Execute stocking, cycle counts, and managing outdated inventory. - Prior Authorization Coordination: Collaborate with the pharmacist to gather clinical...
