Responsibilities: The Denials Management Account Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties to support the Denials Management Department. The DM Account Assistant will receive completed appeals received from DM Analysts and Specialist, prepare appeal packets by printing required medical records and other materials as instructed, mail completed packets to correct addresses.
