Location: On site in Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Chattanooga, TN; Nashville, TN; Memphis, TN Summary: The Market Investor CRE (MICRE) PM Team Lead is a senior commercial real estate professional who can lead a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts and directly contribute to the MICRE lending portfolio through their assigned regional and local market partners. The MICRE PM Team Lead should have hands-on underwriting and portfolio management experience. They must have a demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to the loan structuring, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management responsibilities for their assigned loan portfolio. Ideal candidates bring recent, in-depth underwriting and portfolio management experience across multiple CRE property types and life cycles. The MICRE PM Team Lead will provide direct management to a team of MICRE Portfolio Managers, leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
