International Operations Agent

Job Description: As an International Operations Agent, you will be operationally responsible for managing all aspects of international air and ocean shipments from start to finish. This includes booking shipments, coordinating with overseas agents, customer communication, exception management, and cradle-to-grave tracking of freight. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional service and timely, accurate updates. You’ll work closely with Omni’s US offices and global partners to deliver seamless logistics solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
