Position Summary: Supervises a team of Security Guards or Security Surveillance Guards in order to insure the security of facilities, resources, employees and guests at Grand Canyon West. Responsible for the monitoring of guest movements throughout location. Knowledge and Abilities: 1. Prior experience as a security or security surveillance guard.2. Ability to lead, coach and develop a team responsible for Security and Surveillance at Grand Canyon West facilities. 3. Ability to assess security situations or issues and take appropriate action. Handle all escalations of issues.4. Ability to patrol grounds on foot and by vehicle and observe employee and guest interactions.5. Ability to work in outdoor environment for long periods of time.6.
