Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a full time Sr. Portfolio Manager to join our team. Responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of assigned commercial loan and/or commercial real estate relationships. Responsible for all aspects of commercial lending portfolio management, monitoring covenant compliance, loan performance and financial statement analysis, property performance analysis, referrals, and cross selling Bank products and services in support of client retention and portfolio growth. Work directly with customers and internal resources to negotiate loan renewals, modifications and retention of loans at risk of payoff to meet portfolio retention objectives. What you will be doing: Monitors reporting and commercial client portfolios to assess ongoing credit quality, timely address past due and maturing loans, address documentation and collateral exceptions, ensure financial performance updates, assess portfolio profitability, and review and address other key portfolio performance and compliance factors.
