Job Summary The HR Manager partners with operational leaders to plan and deliver practical, people‑focused HR solutions that enable business strategy. This role leads the development of an annual HR plan aligned with the OSCO HR People Plan, ensures consistent HR practices across regions and jurisdictions, and balances HR leadership with hands‑on support for operational leaders and a developing HR team. The HR Manager provides guidance across the full employee lifecycle - including employee relations, performance management, training and development, engagement and culture - while supporting scalable systems and communications to help drive organizational growth.
