Schedule Monday through Friday 8a-5p: What You’ll Do: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Manage DCU's investor mortgage portfolios, including calling in daily remittances, payoffs, monthly reconciliation, delinquency reporting, and modifications. - Responsible for the accounting, analysis, and administration of all mortgage escrow accounts, including but not limited to: taxes, PMI, homeowners, force-placed insurance, and delinquent payments. - Coordinate and correspond with members, vendors and employees for all mortgage servicing needs. - Prepare, process, and fund all loans for sale to the secondary market investors. - Maintain all interest rate changes and ensure all general ledgers are current and up to date. - Provide service excellence by answering phone calls regarding all aspects of mortgage servicing. - Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
