Job description

Reports To: Rehabilitation Services Director FLSA Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt, Hourly $37-$51.26 The Occupational Therapist provides professional Occupational Therapy services in the critical access hospital setting, including acute care, outpatient, inpatient, and long term care patients. Essential Functions: - Meet patient goals and needs while providing quality care across a variety of settings. Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results. Determine occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and/or by prescription. Reassess and modify patient treatment plans and goals appropriate. - Help patients develop or regain physical or mental functioning, or adjust to disability, by implementing programs involving manual arts and crafts, practice in functional, prevocational, vocational, and homemaking skills, activities of daily living, and sensorimotor, educational, recreational and social activities.
