Site Manager - Electrical and Energy Installations

Job description

We are looking for highly qualified Site Managers to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements according to project documentation and Owner’s guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Review contractor-supplied QA/QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection. - Develop the Quantitative Control Plan for the assigned discipline. - Maintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates. - Review contractors’ schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals. - Monitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager. - Ensure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans. - Supervise multiple contractors’ works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the Quality Assurance Plan . - Validate work stoppages, prepare reports, and update construction progress in the AURA system. - Coordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination. - Supervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections. - C...
