Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead Water/Waste Water Plants Operator is expected to serve as Plant Supervisor and the facility coordinator for both water/waste water plants and areas of operation (AOR). Required Skills: Current Level III Water Treatment License and Level II Waste Water Treatment license from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
