Job description

The Cross Regional Volume Planner for LATAM is responsible for planning, aligning, and executing cross regional seed supply strategies to support commercial demand, inventory targets, and supply continuity across global markets. This role serves as a central coordination point between regional supply teams, production, logistics, parent planning, and commercial stakeholders to ensure seed is positioned in the right place, at the right time, and at the right quality. The position combines multi‑year supply planning, volume and inventory management, data analytics, and operational execution across complex international supply lanes. Key Responsibilities: Cross Regional Supply & Volume Planning - Develop and maintain multi‑year, product‑level global sourcing, production, and inventory plans with an emphasis on cross regional supply lanes. - Plan and manage cross regional seed volumes to support commercial demand, inventory strategy, and risk mitigation. - Identify supply gaps, constraints, and opportunities to rebalance volumes across regions. - Establish growing plans aligned with new crop requirements, risk profiles, and production capacity.
