RADIOLOGY TECH: Job Description: Radiology Tech - 37.5hrs/week, Rotating Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Diagnostic Radiology team? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performs and produces high-quality exams on patients of all ages including portable and C-Arm procedures in the OR. Accurately positions body parts, uses appropriate exposures, and collimation. Utilizes Meditech to complete all necessary paperwork, edits exams as necessary. Reviews images in PACS to and follows procedures to prepare a study for interpretation. Practices radiation safety measures for patients, staff and self. Assists radiologist with exams and with administration of contrast agents to patients of all ages, following department protocol. Performs related radiology services functions in an accurate and timely manner. Cleans equipment after every patient. Stays motivated to keep patients cared for in a timely manner.
