Job Description: Payroll Transformation Manager (f/m/x) in Mars Global Services, Payroll Department Location: Warsaw: ***hybrid work*** Payroll Process Transformation Lead is to drive the end-to-end transformation of our payroll operations. The candidate must have extensive experience in shared services environments, payroll background and project management experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to enhance payroll efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and execution of payroll process transformation initiatives across EU market. Analyze current payroll processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best market practices and automation opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy, timeliness, and associate satisfaction.
