Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a productive work environment. This role supports staff, manages resources, and acts as a key point of coordination across departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage daily office operations and administrative functions - Maintain accurate supply inventory and place orders when needed - Organize schedules, meetings, and company events - Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Support HR functions such as onboarding and recordkeeping - Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) - Problem-solving ski...
