Ford Driveline Engineering is seeking a highly skilled fastener engineer to lead the department on joint design assemblies. These assemblies include Axles (Front & Rear), Driveshafts, Halfshafts, Disconnect Devices, Transfer Cases, and associated components. Deliverables for this role include leading Core activities such as peer reviews of fastened joint deliverables, Design Rule and Requirement authoring and owner ship, Failure Mode Avoidance work, and general problem solving of ongoing issues. - Enhance the robustness and reliability of driveline products - Lead development and refinement of requirements - Correlate test methods to customer duty cycles - Oversee technical design review sign-off process - Maintain core documents - Detail oriented - Passion for excellence - Own Implementation of new Technical Design Review Process for robustness in signoff (Peer Review) - Maintain, improve and create Core docume...
