The Opportunity: The Assistant Director of Care of the Long-Term Care residence works collaboratively with the senior management team to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate resident care activities within approved policies and procedures (including onboarding and annual staff education, staff health and safety and infection prevention and control programs). What Is In It For You: - Ensures residents’ care is evaluated continuously. - Works closely with the Registered Staff team and the RAI-MDS Coordinator to ensure that the appropriate documentation is in place as per policy and to ensure regulatory compliance Reviews and audits Point Click Care documentation including progress notes, care plans and resident assessments.
