Overview Department: Dietary: Schedule: Part-time - Variable shift, weekends and holidays on rotation Facility: Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Location: Chicago, IL: Responsibilities: To prepare quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING: 1. Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred. 2. Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.
