Overview: The Care Management Clinician is a key member of a multidisciplinary outpatient team supporting children’s mental health. They provide care management, crisis intervention, family advocacy, and resource coordination, using clinical skills beyond traditional therapy. They collaborate with providers, guide caregivers through systems, and monitor progress to ensure coordinated, high-quality, family-centered care. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
