CARE Franchise is the HQ organization responsible for managing a €0.9 bn business, primarily in Specialty Care, with a significant presence also in the Consumer Healthcare segment. The CARE Franchise leads the development and execution of end‑to‑end strategies across its portfolio, including new Therapeutic Areas, as part of the Franchise Strategic Plan for the coming decades.
