Reporting to a Senior Property Manager, the Property Manager is an on-site, financially accountable leader responsible for driving asset value, controlling operating expenses, and maximizing portfolio financial performance while maintaining high tenant satisfaction. This role serves as the primary financial steward of the property, with direct responsibility for operating budgets, variance analysis, escalation income, capital planning, and financial reporting.
