The National Account Specialist is responsible for reconciling national tire accounts within the commercial tire industry and reconciliation of bill backs, error rejects, and customer disputes. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and implementing changes that will affect locations in the national account category. Responsibilities: - Responsible for researching, recording, notifying, and resolving of all national account delivery receipts in a timely manner. - Communicates with Boss Shop locations regarding disputed delivery receipts and their resolutions. - Interacts with customers to resolve any billing or service disputes that may arise. - Tracks and records delivery receipts that are in dispute, incorrectly charged, or need further information. - Uploads and downloads of delivery receipts directly to tire vendors daily while ensuring no errors have occurred and making corrections as needed. - Resubmits all disputed delivery receipts after resolution. - Assists in managing the Boss Shop point of sale (POS) system by correcting error rejected delivery receipts. - Assist Boss Shop locations...
