EIA Project Manager

Job description

The EIA Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects in Ireland , acting as the primary interface between clients, internal technical teams, and external stakeholders. The role focuses on programme delivery, coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, budget management, and quality assurance , ensuring EIARs are delivered in line with Irish regulatory requirements and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery: - Lead and manage EIA projects from inception through submission and post‑submission support. - Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers. - Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (e.g. ecology, ornithology, noise, landscape, traffic, hydrology). - Manage project handover from bid stage into delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, assumptions, and commercial terms. - Maintain project documentation including RFIs, action trackers, and change control.
