About this role Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for an experienced Controls Programmer for our Seattle, WA location. Established Project Management professional. Manages the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining budgets and staffing requirements, and is responsible for estimating project costs, gathering and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, coordinating project tasks with various functional organizations, and identifying project problems. Key Responsibilities: - The Project Engineer is responsible for managing and assisting the Project Manager with the installation of commercial HVAC equipment within various vertical markets, positively representing the company in all client and architect/engineer interactions - Work with end-users, sales staff, and prime contractors to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables - The Project Engineer helps oversee and communicate project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation - Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets.
