Summary: This position is responsible for the provision of a wide range of clinical and clinically related duties for Adult Behavioral Health Services. The position will support, and work in concert with, the program’s licensed clinicians and prescribers and be the liaison between the program and the JBSSD referral source. Duties and Responsibilities: Time Requirements: 40 hours per week. Some evenings required. Education/Experience: Language Ability: Very High. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, staff and administrators; ability to speak Spanish a plus. Work Environment: Some work may be performed within correctional custodial setting, as well as community location; valid Driver’s License is required. Computer Skills: High. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have internet research skills and ability to use data - Engagement specialist will be the point of contact when communicating with JBCSSD referral source. - Responsible for receiving referrals from the referral source and ensuring clients are scheduled within 2 business days of receiving the referral.
