Works collaboratively with clinical managers and physicians to deliver high quality procedural care and testing. The position holds clinical, operational, and fiscal responsibility and is accountable for ensuring the quality of patient care and excellence in customer service for the assigned areas of responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - As part of the Hospital Leadership Team, provides administrative oversight to the management team for following areas of responsibility: - Surgery - SPPR Recovery Room - Sterile Processing - Anesthesia - Holds 24-hour responsibility, authority and accountability for all patient care and clinical practice within defined areas of responsibility including adherence to established policies, procedures, and patient care standards. - Participates with members of patient care leadership to devel...
