Purpose : As a Toll Collector Supervisor, you will play a key role in on-site operations, overseeing and supporting the work of each toll collector while managing the receipt and accurate recording of all cash, cheques, vouchers, and debit note transactions. You will ensure the integrity and validity of all transactions processed by every toll collector and maintain precise and compliant records. The role also includes responsibility for employee training, staff supervision, shift coordination, and ensuring each toll collector follows toll collection procedures and safe working practices.
