Description Information: $15 - $20 per hour Shifts and locations may vary depending on clinic needs Part time with 20-25 hours per week 401K Match 40 hours of accrued PTO annually Current Shift Needed: Monday-Thursday 3:30-8:00pm (Wisconsin Ave.): Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm (Knoxville Ave.): Position Summary: The Security Guard provides AM/PM security to HHS locations, in accordance with the Heartland Health Services (HHS) mission, strategic goals, federal and state laws and regulations, performance and outcome objectives, and accreditation standards. Essential Functions: - Provides morning, afternoon, and evening security coverage to HHS campuses. - Patrols and monitors assigned area; reports suspicious activities to senior leadership and local authorities as needed. - Occasionally escorts employees to building entrances or vehicles during peak shift times to ensure safety. - Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency. - Escorts trespassers, unruly patients, discharged employees, and other unwelcome partis off the premises, as necessary. - Back up to corporate Courier. - Supports clinic compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and HHS rules, regul...
