Job description

- Accountable for leading projects related to our Digital Engineering strategy - Contribute to the definition, evolution, and continuous improvement of Digital Engineering capabilities within the agreed roadmap - Act as a subject‑matter expert for selected Digital Engineering domains, methods, data models, and tools - Support cross functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders by providing technical and methodological expertise - Drive implementation and operationalization of Digital Capabilities in projects, including methods, processes, data structures, and tooling - Support adoption by coaching engineers, contributing to training material, and supporting pilots and rollouts - Analyze current engineering workflows and identify improvement potentials regarding speed, quality, predictability, and digital maturity - Contribute to the definition and refinement of metrics and indicators to assess the effectiveness of Digital Engineering solutions Qualifications: - University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline - Several years of professional experience applying digi...
