The Conference Quality team at IEEE is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Conference Quality Administrator to help ensure that conference papers published in the world‑renowned IEEE Xplore® Digital Library meet the highest standards of quality, ethics, and scholarly rigor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment, enjoys working with both internal teams and external partners, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and consistency in complex workflows. Key Responsibilities: Peer Review & Committee Support: Prepare Technical Program Quality (TPQ) review materials using input from internal stakeholders. Assemble and distribute TPIC Committee Packages until automated workflows are fully implemented. Create CARC Committee Packages , track outcomes, and develop structured follow‑up procedures.
