Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Chief of Staff Graduate Intern serves as a strategic partner to the President of Clearwater, enabling effective leadership, operational excellence, and execution of key business priorities. This role acts as a force multiplier—driving alignment across teams, managing critical initiatives, and ensuring the President’s time and focus are optimized for maximum impact. A critical component of this role is leading and accelerating Clearwater’s adoption of AI—identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring AI initiatives translate into measurable business value.
