Job DetailsJob Location: Jacaranda Trace - Venice, FL 34293Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlyJOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Culinary & Dining Services, the Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of floor management, including food, beverage, equipment, and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and LifeStar Talent initiatives. In addition, the Dining Room Supervisor cultivates a team environment that provides exceptional residents service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level. The Dining Room Supervisor also motivates employees, instills accountability, and achieves results to drive success in the position. The Dining Room Supervisor respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. This is a safety sensitive position.
