Job Summary: The Business Process Analyst Associate will assist in analyzing process data from across AEP and providing insights using data analytic and artificial intelligence tools. This role will emphasize leveraging advanced analytical techniques and data querying capabilities to solve complex business problems and uncover deeper insights from enterprise data, including contributing to the design of intelligent, agentic AI solutions and workflow automations. This entry-level position will involve supporting process improvement initiatives and measuring value realization, including the development and monitoring of KPIs and metrics in collaboration with business partners. The associate will work alongside business partners to gain an understanding of KPIs and the frameworks that support sustainability efforts. A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and automated solutions is critical to success in this role.
