Position Number: 22097939 County: Saline Posting End Date: April 20, 2026 Job Duties: This position is the director of the Materials Management Department of Arkansas Health Center in the Benton/Haskell area. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff including coordinators, specialists, and support personnel engaged in program development, delivery, or compliance monitoring. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for a specific public health domain such as chronic disease prevention, infectious disease control, environmental health, maternal and child health, or emergency preparedness. Oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of multiple or complex public health programs, ensuring alignment with agency priorities, grant requirements, and best practices. Provide technical leadership in policy development, strategic planning, and procedural implementation for assigned program areas. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using qualitative and quantitative data to ensure efficiency, impact, and equity.
