The HR Specialist plays a key role in driving critical human resources initiatives across the organization, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational excellence. This position collaborates closely with branch leaders, field teams, and corporate departments to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of HR processes and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This position is full-time remote; must reside in FL, GA or NY ( FL preferred ). This position starts at $26 per hour. The role supports our Stuart, Vero and Ormond branches in Florida. It also provides assistance and support for Palm Beach and Broward as necessary.
