Business Intelligence Analyst Assistant Director

Job description

Reports to the Director of Business Intelligence Analytics and resides within the Development Technology Services (DTS) team. Plays a critical role supporting the advancement of technology, analytics, data science, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within philanthropic activities of Mayo Clinic. Collaborates closely with Frontline Fundraisers, Marketing team, Stewardship & Recognition, Information Technology functional experts and other teams across Mayo Clinic as needed. Acts as an internal technical consultant by applying high order analytics and business expertise to the Mayo Clinic's Department of Development organization. Assists with creating business insights through world class, real time, analytical tools and approaches. Identifies insights on prospects behaviors, financial performance, trends of giving, affinities, and use of departmental resources. This includes but it is not limited to: Position requires ability to identify new data needs and ability to transform existing variables in a creative and meaningful way to serve the purpose.
