Job Summary: Plumbing Mechanic I is responsible for interpreting blueprints and specifications to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems with precision and efficiency. Demonstrates expertise in layout and installation of piping systems, fixture rough-ins, and pressure testing, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Proficient in reading schematic drawings, performing accurate material takeoffs, and operating fabrication tools. Capable of leading small crews, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining thorough documentation of job activities. Familiar with digital tools and construction software, including Bluebeam, Navisworks, and OPS systems. Holds OSHA 10 certification and Med Gas license, with a strong understanding of DWV and domestic plumbing systems in dynamic work environments.
