POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: Regional HR Manager / Regional Vice President DEPARTMENT: Human Resources Position Summary: Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning and innovative airport concessionaire, delivering first-class retail and dining experiences that keep travelers coming back year after year. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR partner at the platform level. This role oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives in alignment with company policies, airport/brand standards, and applicable labor laws. The Human Resources Manager works closely with leadership teams to support staffing needs, guide corrective action, conduct investigations, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Experience in a unionized environment is strongly preferred to effectively manage labor relations, contract compliance, and grievance handling.
